
Peptic Ulcer Disease
Pathology of the Upper GI, Malabsorption Syndromes and Introduction to GI Clinical Skills. This daily doodle features Helicobacter pylori, a perforated gastric ulcer (OUCH!) and a little bit of Barrett’s esophagus. I just realized that this composition makes it look like the H. Pylori is responsible for the gastric ulcer… I should note that H. pylori is more commonly associated with duodenal ulcers – not gastric!
